The Weekend of The Nutcracker Comes to a Close

In a whirlwind of Tchaikovsky, masquerade balls, and tour jetés, the Peridance Youth Ensemble finished three phenomenal shows of Igal Perry’s Nutcracker over the weekend. Participating in the Spanish, Russian, and Arabian sections as well as the Waltz of the Snowflakes, the Ensemble danced along side members of the Core Ballet Program, and the Peridance Certificate Program to help realize Mr. Perry’s elaborate vision for his contemporary take on a classical tradition. With the Nutcracker finished, the Ensemble will take a winter break before returning to classes and performances in the new year. We will try to post photos from the shows as soon as we can.
